Interworking (7th Plugtests)
TASSTA MCX supports interworking with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems according to TS 24.379 and TS 29.379.
A delay for the radio message to arrive at the smart device compared to the same message arriving to another TETRA radio depends on the runtimes in the cellular network, and should not be much worse than in the Tetra network.
TASSTA participated in the following interworking tests:
- Interworking function in controlling role invites an MCPTT user to an on-demand prearranged MCPTT group call initiated by an LMR user (server)
- Interworking function in controlling role receives the request to join an MCPTT chat session (server)
- Interworking function in controlling role originates an on demand MCPTT private call in manual commencement mode with floor control on behalf of an LMR user (server)
- Interworking function in controlling role receives the request to establish an on demand MCPTT private call in manual commencement mode with floor control targeting a user homed in the Interworking function (server)
